We are currently seeking an Associate Director of Global Marketing for our Revlimid  Multiple Myeloma business.  This person will be a critical member of a high performing, global marketing team and of the Revlimid G3M team (Global Marketing, Medical Affairs and Market Access). In this highly visible role, the AD has an opportunity to have significant impact in leading the ongoing Revlimid Transplant Maintenance launch globally .

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead ongoing Revlimid Transplant Eligible maintenance launch
    • Co-lead the Revlimid Maintenance Global launch team (G3M Priority Working Group - PWG) in order to ensure implementation of Revlimid maintenance strategy and tactics
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships and work closely with G9 affiliates from PWG and G3M to ensure opportunities are maximized
  • Lead the implementation of the global “IMID foundation” cross functional strategy
    • Lead development and implementation of global activities focused on global communications roll-out and competitive strategies.
    • Ensure strong partnership and communications with Global Marketing Portfolio Execution Team to optimize affiliates appropriation
  • Co-develop (with Med Affairs, Market Access and Corporate Affairs) annual disease / brand / operating plans and customer based plans
  • Lead the development of our Marketing digital strategy including NPP programs to drive our messaging and supplement field activities
  • Participate on G3M teams to provide input and support to global myeloma strategy and tactic; identify growth opportunities and ways to build competitive advantage
  • Collaborate with customers and key opinion leaders
  • Manage annual global MM Marketing budget


  • 7+ years in biopharmaceutical marketing with 2+ years in hematology/oncology (myeloma preferred) and 2+ years in regional marketing (development of marketing plans, positioning, branding and messaging)
