The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative assistance to the Vice President, General Manager Central Northern Europe initiating appropriate action to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
·Provide administrative support to General Manager (hotel accommodations, travel requirements, congress registrations, expenses reports)
·Monitor Executive Manager calendars helping him to comply with deadlines
·Manage sensitive information and prepare material for internal and external
·Support in organizing local and international events providing detailed budget, hotel accommodations, travel requirements and assisting the participants on site respecting specific needs
·Prepare presentation materials and reports for management team meetings
·Give administrative support contributing to set department budgets including creation of purchase orders
·Set up Conferences Call and web conferences
·Collaborate with the team, administrative assistants and receptionists concerning the liaison with external suppliers.
·At least 1 years of Administrative Assistant Experience
·Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
·Strong PC experience
·Well organized, able to deliver results meeting deadlines and respecting high quality standards
·Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization
·Eager to learn and keep updated as regards national and local laws
