Celgene Corporation has an opening in Phoenix, AZ for a Sr. Specialist, Testing and Reporting 


Collaborate with senior site management and IT Site Lead to develop business requirements for business process improvements, through global information systems automation.  Coordinate with IT Site Lead and other site departments to maintain supporting technologies that are compliant, efficient, effective and reliable.  Perform business impact assessment on changes to Oracle ERP, boundary systems and business processes related to the supported systems.  Analyze business requirements and translate into data design, to develop a risk-based testing approach to ensure a compliant, efficient and effective system.  Develop and maintain site test scripts and other related testing documentation, and manage testing execution related to the enterprise resource system (i.e., development testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing).  Develop and maintain a release process to meet data requirements (i.e., recipe release) and to maintain reliable business reports.  Collaborate with IT to gather business requirements, prioritize, develop, design, and deliver reports from ERP reporting tool(s).  Provide technical training on reporting tool(s) and ERP, act as site project coordinator as required for new systems, enhancements to current systems, and/or required regression or other testing coordinated at a global level, and provide support to manufacturing support in case of emergent system issues.




Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field, followed by 5 years of progressive professional experience, in the position offered or related capacity(ies).  Alternatively accepting a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field, followed by 3 years of progressive professional experience, in the position offered or related capacity(ies). 

Experience must include:

1. 2 years of experience with project coordination and cross-functional team leadership

2. 2 years of experience supporting Oracle or similar ERP, including MES system and ERP implementation

3. Experience developing SQL-based reports

4. Experience in data loading and data conversion

5. Experience with computerized systems testing

6. Experience with integrating computerized systems

7. MS Office Suite (including Project and Visio)

8. General knowledge of cGMP, OSHA, DEA, USP and EP regulatory requirement applicable to systems design

9. Presentation and delivery of technical systems documentation, to technical and non-technical public

10. Demonstrated ability to interpret and write complex business systems documents
